Green colour poop for past 2 days

My 4.5 nonth old baby is having green color watery poop 5 to 6 times for the past 2 days. It is sometimes having mucus like thing and sometimes milk residues  is this normal or sny issue

Did she/he have colic? If yes that's colic poop if not you might consider calling your pediatrician
