Is it normal for my 3month old baby to vomit after meal and have his mouth drooling spit

He vomits after drinking, I thought maybe it's a wind but he even vomits in his sleep, it started 2days ago. And it's like his mouth os drooling spit and it's making bubbles, don't know whether I should take him toe see a doctor

It's normal but also check the timing between his last feed and the next one, over feeding can also cause spitting out but don't worry, your baby is fine
