My baby started with a rash on his face after using Johnsons baby oil. I stopped using it and then tried using the epi-max baby cream. The rash is gone but now his skin is always dry. Should I continue to use the epi-max cream? Or is it just making my babies skin worse.

if your baby's rash is gone but the skin remains dry, it might be worth consulting a pediatric dermatologist for a tailored treatment plan. However, if the Epi-Max cream doesn't seem to be making the dry skin worse, you could continue using it while monitoring for any changes. Some parents have found success by alternating a moisturizing cream with a more specialized eczema cream. Always perform a patch test when trying a new product to ensure it doesn't irritate your baby's skin.
